So there's this thing in Cognitive Behavior Therapy called a "Credit List." As you go through your day, you write down a list of things you did throughout the day on an index card. For Example, Today I: Washed the bathroom sink, put away the dishes, folded and put away my laundry. Just kidding, I didn't do those things. The idea is that instead of looking at a long list of "to do's" that "to didn't", --you see the little things that make up a day. So, give yourself a break and enjoy the things you accomplished.
